FASHION
Fashion design, to me, isn’t something you can just imagine and write about—it’s something you have to see, seek out, and experience to truly understand the opportunities, memories, and feelings it brings. Like many people, I have a passion, but for me it’s also an outlet—my way of expressing who I am, how I want to be seen, and what I want to share with others. It’s hard to put into words, but it’s a feeling I get when inspiration strikes—whether it’s making a bag or tailoring a shirt in a way that feels true to me.

2026 Portland Mini Makers Market Collection
My collection featured handmade scrunchies and bags in a variety of patterns, sizes, and styles. With less than a month to prepare, the market gave me experience as a vendor and challenged me to create the highest quality work I could in a short amount of time. Selling out of all my bags and scrunchies gave me a strong sense of appreciation, confidence, and pride in my work.
